Website Basics to inform yourself
about website creation. Designwerx.com shall have an initial consultation with you to determine what type of website will need to be created, and the costs it will take to accomplish the project. This consultation can be personally, by e-mail, or by telephone. Personal consultations will only be made within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada, and either at your business, or simply a business meeting at a specified location. The consultation shall include all aspects of design, and the time allotted to creating this website. Domain name registration shall also be determined. Once an agreement has been made to begin the creation of the website, an initial payment shall be made. This initial payment shall be 1/2 of the total cost to complete the website, and shall include the registration of one domain name for a period of one year, (if domain name registration is required). Both parties shall then have continual verbal and visual contact to ensure agreement on the design until it's completion. This contact shall be either by phone, e-mail or personal. Personal contact will only be made within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada, and either at your business, or business meeting at a specified location. Visual contact shall either be via e-mailed files for viewing, or by means of free host. The website designer shall inform you of this option. Once both parties are in agreement with the completed website, the final payment shall be made. Initial payment for first months hosting shall also be included in the final payment, and your website files shall be made viewable. If hosting is not required, the files which make your website shall either be e-mailed to you, or for a nominal cost, a CD disk can be purchased. Designwerx.com can also upload files to your host if this is required. |
